Skiing is one of those sports which is an injury minefield!
Knee injuries are common, as well as back pain from posture changes and increased muscle tone from core bracing for long periods. Being something we don’t do very often, as well as the contrast between skiing and desk posture, it is important to be a little cautious and to stretch each morning and evening to minimise the risk of “apres-ski niggles”
